Heute haben wir eine Gruppe (Familie) aus den Philippinen bei uns im Betrieb zu Gast gehabt.
Die Gruppe war sehr interessiert und begeistert beim Programm dabei.

Short guided tour through the unique BRATWURSThotel in the world

We produce our specialty: BRATWURST.
We start with a quarter of a pig, dismember this, weigh the spices,
grind the meat, mix it with spices, fill sausages
All activities will be done by members of your group (under my guid-ance)
During the sausage production each person gets a small snack:
BRATWURSTgehäck (seasoned minced meat) with a typical German
Bread

Sausage dinner

The dinner takes place in our “Wurstküche”/Sausage-kitchen
(
=production room) on beer-tent-set-ups
It is a unique atmosphere!
Menu:
2 classic BRATWURST (from the own production before)
+ 1 BRATWURST-Variation (each guest can choose one in a list of
fifty different flavors)
Side dish: Sauerkraut and Bread.
2 drinks of your choice (non-alcoholic and/or beer)
